Located on level 18 of DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront, 18 Knots rooftop bar is a sight for sore eyes. We invite you to indulge on our exciting menu with a variety of dishes made with fresh local ingredients paired with 360-degree views of our beautiful city and not to mention, it is the perfect location to enjoy our stunning Western Australian sunsets.

Open daily to the general public as well as our hotel guests.

Opening Hours: Sunday to Thursday from 12:00pm until 10:00pm and Friday to Saturday from 12:00pm until midnight. Please note that the kitchen is in service from 12:00pm until 9:00pm.
